I have the same problem, I did have a personal account for a while, then it was removed, after a lot of trouble I got hold of a login/password, but not working anymore...
The best information how to get hold of the login/password is to join a quite "secret" BT2 maillist (sorry, don't know anything more about it).
I guess I have to make a visit to Gunne att GGS-Data and see if I can't get a copy of the MorphOS1.4 CD, or else I guess I have to wait untill I can do an upgrade to Pegasos2/G4.

Just unbelievable what Genesi is constantly doing !
What happens reminds me a bit on what happened in France about 1789. At this time many people were very unsatisfied with their situation caused by those people who had the power in this kingdom.
There were quite a lot of revolts in many places in France, but the emperor (in that case the french king Ludwig XVI.) then tried to force down all those revolts, but he could never smash them completely.
So it had to come to a point, where even in the capital, Paris, people went out on the streets to protest. They finally moved in front of the residence of the king, who got upset and gave the order to fight the revolt yet again.
But then his narrowest consultant said something which became history: "Sire, this is NOT a revolt, this is a REVOLUTION !".
Viva la revolution ! All the best to you Genesi ! :-)

Your dealer should have sent your data to Genesi. Please ask your dealer
to arrange it so that you get bt2 ftp access.
