Well - looking at these photos they would still appear to be prototype boards with the debug port and flash memory installed.
What I'd like to see on this is enabling of the second GigE (even from a header on the motherboard) and perhaps a compact flash slot.
The Peg design afaik has long had headers on the motherboard for flash memory, its just not teribly obvious. I guess ide to compact flash would be a second choice.
